My Grandpa Ellis created this amazing Honey Butter Popcorn that he made and sold at the Drive-In Theater when he owned it. For his birthday I made him a cake that looks like the tub of popcorn. The "popcorn" on the cake is really marshmallows. The bottom picture is what the tubs that he puts the popcorn in look like. The cake was carrot with cream cheese frosting.

This was for a father son birthday. The dad was turning 30 and the boy 4. They were both really into trains. This was my third train cake I have made.

This cake was for my brother Randon who was deployed for six months. He came home right before Thanksgiving. The outside is the Red, White, and Blue, but inside was a pumpkin pound cake with cream cheese frosting. I'm very proud of my brother for serving our country in the Air Force and I'm glad he is home safe!

Yes, it is a huge lord of the rings cake. For a lord of the rings party that a lady in my ward put on for her family. The hardest part of this cake was just trying to find the font online. I loved the way it turned out and if you look close you can read it. "you are now a member of the fellowship of the rings". I love out of the box cakes like this.

I totally forgot to take pictures of this one! (palm slap head) I had to do a quick camera phone picture. I really loved the way this turned out. It was for a 10 year wedding anniversary.
I was running so late with this cake I didn't have time to take a good picture. But I was able to get one with my camera phone. This was for a little girl that was having a Mini Mouse party.

Wedding cake and grooms cake for a daughter of a lady that works with my husband Scott. Both of these cakes were boxed up and sent to Utah for the reception. They had a blown glass Temple for the cake topper. The groom wanted John Deere and I was excited to do it! It was easy and fun to make! The Wedding cake is mostly fake except for the top layer and a peace in the bottom for them to cut into. That cake was a real challenge to get right and Scott was a HUGE help!!

I knew it would happen sooner or later. I dropped the cake. Well I tipped it over. But at least this was for my mom and she still loved it.
